This September in Brooklyn, Govind Manian and Andrew Blevins will be hosting an intimate seven-session workshop with guest teacher Charlie Awbery, introducing the methods from Evolving Ground's Kaleidoscope of Interaction framework.

Kaleidoscope of Interaction is a powerful, practical system for unsticking stuck patterns of interaction. It offers a way of understanding how interpersonal patterns work, and how you can transform them by suspending interpretation, finding a stance of basic okayness, and regarding mental phenomena with friendly, open curiosity. These methods are rooted in Vajrayana Buddhism, but updated for modern circumstances.

We will be working with your real-life experience and examples, in pair work, group reflection, and guided meditations.

Prior knowledge of Vajrayana is not necessary, but some experience and comfort with silent sitting meditation (of some sort) will be helpful.

Dates will be as follows, 6:30-8:30pm. All sessions are in-person:

Wed Sep 11 -- Charlie will Zoom in

Mon Sep 16 -- participants meet

Wed Sep 18 -- with Charlie

Mon Sep 23 -- participants meet

Wed Sep 25 -- with Charlie

Mon Sep 30 -- with Charlie

Wed Oct 2   -- with Charlie (who may Zoom in)

Location for in-person meetings: 813 Nostrand Ave., Brooklyn, NY. (Some meetings may be hosted at nearby 836 Bergen St.—TBD.)

Booking is for the whole series. Each subsequent evening you’ll build on your insights and experience.
